To all the Compassion in Action 2015 DTS, I am so very sorry that I didn't get to say "see you later" to you all. Please know that I am praying for each of you as you head out literally around the WORLD to love on people. I am so very proud of each of you & so very blessed to have gotten to know you over the last 3 months. I can't wait to hear stories of His faithfulness and goodness to you guys during outreach! Love you all & I will in fact see you all LATERS!!! PS, be nice to your leaders, buy them a coffee every now & then, they are doing so much behind the scenes that you will NEVER know in order to make your outreaches go as smoothly as heavenly possible.

Well, in about 12 hours I'll be walking onto my plane, heading home to Alabama for Christmas! So excited to see everyone & to share at Metro in Birmingham this Sunday & The Way in Tuscaloosa next Sunday! Seriously blown away by the generous hearts of the families of our base! This was my Christmas present!!! I will never sleep again, I'll be too busy trying each of these! Thank you from the very bottom of my heart to all that contributed towards this amazing gift! There were definitely tears which is very rare for me. Every time I have coffee I will be reminded of how much I am truly loved not only by you guys but by my Heavenly Father! For those that don't know (including the ones who gave this to me) I had one previously but it hasn't worked in about a year and half. This truly was an answer to prayer! I slept almost 8 hours straight last night!! Whoohoo!! I've been working super late nights (went home one night at 2 am) cause tomorrow I'll be flying home! Needed to get everything together before I leave! This time tomorrow I'll be heading across the border, going through security & beginning my journey back to the Heart of Dixie! I can't wait! Hey guys, I'll be in town next week (flying in on Saturday) & I would LOVE to see as many of you as I can!! I've determined that this isn't cutting it anymore & with the amount of work I do at home in my room (that's too small to have a desk or chair) I need to upgrade to a foldable wooden bed table thing. Had such a wonderful time hanging out with Bonni & Blakers in San Diego, running some errands, picking up some awesome stuff for our Essential Oils Make & Take Party on Thursday. Our trip even included Chick-fil-A for dinner! YAY!! Bonus, I come home to see that #Alabama WON!!! YAY!!!!! (of course I kept up with the game on my phone the whole time. Wore my Bama shirt proudly all day and had a couple people at Costco ask me about the game and even saw a lady wearing an Auburn shirt at Chick-fil-A. She said War Eagle & I replied #RollTide). It was a GREAT DAY!!!!

What is this world coming to?? No wonder teachers are quitting their jobs in schools. They aren't paid nearly enough for their time let alone having to deal with things like this!! For taking his phone away during class, which I'm sure he shouldn't have had or been using in the first place, but regardless, this is a HUGE disrespect of authority & is a SERIOUS problem for our future. When children are not held accountable for their actions as they are growing up, they treat others like this when they get to high school. It genuinely makes me very sad! If you don't already, please start praying daily for the schools in your area, even if you don't have children in those schools. Prayer changes things!!!!!

It's officially November 1st which means that it is no longer Halloween & costumes are being marked down to get them off the shelves & out the doors. Happy birthday to this adorkable little girl. I can't believe that she's 9! I remember getting a message on my phone during my #DTS in Ensenada, Mexico that this little light decided she didn't want to be born on Halloween, her scheduled birthday, but instead wanted to come on her own terms! She's been doing things on her own terms ever since! Her entire life, I've been a missionary & have watched her grow through technology & occasional visits into a beautiful, kind, compassionate, loving, sassy, divalicious young lady! She is always doing for others & looking for ways to include people and make them feel happy. Kaylee Grace, I'm so proud of you and the peacemaker that you are. I love you & hope you have an incredible day today! See you soon!
