This is my grandfather, who served our country. I never got the chance to meet him as he died when my mom was 16. While he didn't die in the war, many of his fellow soldiers gave their lives for our freedoms. Today, we honor these men & women, who throughout the centuries, have given their greatest gift to us, their lives. May we not take for granted the freedoms for which they gave their lives.
